Returns & Refunds policy
At The PepLair, we work hard to ensure every order is packed accurately and shipped with care. Because our products are research related items, all sales are final.
All Sales Final (No Returns)
For safety, quality assurance, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If there is an issue with your order upon delivery—such as items that are damaged in transit, incorrect, or missing—please contact us right away so we can help.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the package and items (including any visible damage)
The shipping label (photo or screenshot)
Shipping Damage and Carrier Claims
Once your package is handed to the carrier, shipping and handling are managed by the shipping company. Any items that are destroyed during transit must be addressed directly with the shipping company, and are not the fault or responsibility of The PepLair. We recommend keeping all packaging materials and documenting any damage with photos in case the carrier requests them for a claim.
Order Issues and Resolution
After reviewing your request, The PepLair may, at its discretion:
Replace the affected item(s), and/or
Correct the order (e.g., ship missing item[s])
We do not provide refunds for issues caused by:
Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
Delivery delays outside our control (carrier delays, weather, etc.)
Issues arising after delivery that are not related to shipping damage or fulfillment errors
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If an order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
